The Living Room

The living room features hard wood floors with a cherry finish. The baseboard, windows, doors and trim are also cherry finish. There is a beautiful woven rug in front of the fireplace. The fireplace has red flickering light behind real wood logs. Two candlesticks with candle flame bulbs are atop the mantle. Other lights are a 3 light tulip floor lamp and a 2 light tulip table lamp. The furniture is a peachy-mauve satin with cherry wood and includes a sofa and 2 wing chairs. Note the tiny hand-crocheted throw pillows. There is a cherry end table and coffee table with a china tea service atop of it. The wallpaper is a rose colored subtle two-tone print. Delicate rose colored lace curtains on the three windows. The door opens to lead to the bathroom or go through the open doorway into the foyer.
